About
I am a Clinical Fellow (MD, PhD) in Internal Medicine and Clinical Immunology at Bichat Hospital (Paris, France). My research, conducted in the laboratory of Pr Yanick Crow at the Imagine Institute (Paris, France), focuses on monogenic inflammatory disorders caused by dysregulation of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) pathway. This research is particularly grounded in my work on UNC93B1 mutations, the gene encoding a chaperone protein that regulates the trafficking and signaling of endosomal TLRs, as well as on TLR7 mutations. My aim is to identify and functionally characterize novel inborn errors of TLR immunity, define how they drive inflammatory phenotypes, and translate these mechanistic insights into improved diagnosis and targeted therapies.
